Who runs this site

This personal website is operated by Tomasz Baran, based in the United Kingdom. Questions can be sent to Tomasz@baranperformance.com or through the email links on the contact page.

These terms explain use of the portfolio and its public information. They do not create a paid subscription, coaching agreement, employment relationship or contract for a development project. Any such service needs its own clear agreement and applicable consumer information.

Project previews and the future store

Bench is in development. Screens, feature descriptions and interface concepts describe work in progress. They may change and do not guarantee a release date, final feature set, availability or a particular training result.

The future store has no checkout and offers no products for sale through this site. There are no charges, renewals or refund arrangements to accept simply by viewing it. Actual products or paid services would need accurate prices, delivery and cancellation details and any required consumer terms before sale.

Partnership spaces are labelled as future plans. They do not mean that a club, brand or sponsor has agreed to work with me. Baran Performance is presented as a project and trading name; this site does not claim it is an incorporated company.

Football information and safety

The football material reflects personal experience and general project information. It is not an individual medical assessment, diagnosis, treatment plan or coaching programme.

A readiness concept or example screen cannot determine that someone is fit or safe to train. Physical activity carries risks. Make decisions appropriate to your circumstances and get qualified advice when needed. Do not let general website content override symptoms or advice from a relevant professional.

Nothing here asks you to waive a valid claim or legal right by taking part in sport or reading about Bench.

Using the website

Please use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malware, interfere with availability or misuse another person’s information. Links to individual pages are welcome where they are accurate and do not falsely suggest endorsement or a partnership.

I aim to keep information useful and current, but pages may contain mistakes or become outdated. Availability can be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. If you spot a problem, let me know so it can be checked.

Images, writing and branding

Original writing, photography, design and branding are protected where intellectual-property law applies. Rights belong to their respective owners or licensors. Viewing or linking to the site does not grant permission to republish, redistribute or reuse protected material, except where the law or an applicable licence permits it.

Some portraits have been digitally edited for presentation. Interface concepts and future plans are not evidence of a live product, sporting result or partnership. Third-party names and linked services retain their own rights. The bundled fonts have their own open licences.

Rocket League fan content

The Rocket League page contains personal gameplay recordings and the fan-content notice. Game names, marks and underlying game materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. This is an unofficial personal page, with no affiliation to or endorsement by Epic Games or Psyonix.

The clips are freely viewable and are not offered for sale or behind a paid membership. Their use is subject to the Epic Fan Content Policy and applicable game agreements. These website terms do not grant permission to reuse Epic’s or another rights holder’s material.

For permission to reuse a photo, brand asset or substantial material, contact me first. If you think something on the site infringes your rights, send the page address, identify the material and explain your concern.

External services and correspondence

Social links and email links open services operated by others. Their own terms and privacy information apply when you use them. A link is not a guarantee about everything on the destination service.

Messages are sent through your email provider, rather than submitted to a contact-form database on this website. Please check with me before sending material that needs a formal confidentiality agreement, and avoid sharing third-party sensitive information without permission.

How personal information is handled is explained in the Privacy Policy. Browser storage is explained in the Cookie Policy.

Responsibility and legal rights

The site is an informational portfolio. It does not promise uninterrupted access, error-free content, commercial success or improved football performance. Responsibility for a particular loss depends on the circumstances and the law; these terms do not create a general release from liability.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, mandatory consumer rights, data-protection rights, or any other liability or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

Any future paid agreement will need fair, clear terms appropriate to that service. Browsing this website does not remove rights available to you under applicable law.

Concerns, law and updates

If you have a concern, contact Tomasz@baranperformance.com with the relevant page and details. Privacy complaints can also be raised with the ICO as described in the Privacy Policy.

These website terms are intended to be interpreted under the law of England and Wales. Mandatory consumer protections and any jurisdiction rights that apply where you live remain available.

The updated date identifies this version. Changes to public project information or these website terms do not automatically change a separate agreement that may exist between us.
